General Impression                                          

Bryan is a one man operated      

installation business that remains busy which is a testament to his local popularity. His stock is of good quality and includes benchmarked aerials, cable and galvanised stack and wall brackets.

The test equipment he uses includes 2 spectrum analysers and two hand held test meters which is more than adequate for the type of work he carries out.

Business Organisation/Recording

Bryan was able to produce all the required  Health & Safety, Public Liability documentation and a Clean Criminals Record Certificate quickly and easily throughout the assessment process.

Bryan has a very healthy approach to customer service and is happy to respond to any problem which may arise. He obviously values his customers goodwill and wants to maintain his reputation of reliability.

Installation/overall work appraisal

The quality of Bryan's installation work is difficult to fault and the Aerial installations  which I viewed were carried out in a exemplary fashion. They were very tidy with lots of attention to detail.

To sum up

A very likeable and knowledgeable installer who obviously takes pride in his work.
